TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Legal Agreement

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and MXE Labs Limited governing your access to and use of MXE Chat.

2. Eligibility & User Representation

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have full legal capacity.
• You must provide accurate KYC information.

3. Scope of Services

• Virtual card issuance
• Bill payments and utilities services
• AI financial assistant
• Expense tracking automation
• OCR & NLP data processing

4. Account Registration & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. MXE shall not be liable for losses arising from compromised access.

5. KYC, AML & Regulatory Monitoring

MXE reserves the right to verify, suspend or restrict accounts for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention and lawful reporting

6. Fees & Charges

Service fees for cards, funding, FX, and payments will be clearly disclosed before confirmation.

7. Transaction Finality

All completed transactions are final and irreversible once executed successfully.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• System abuse or hacking attempts

9. Suspension & Termination

MXE may suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms or regulatory standards

10. Third-Party Services

MXE integrates with banks, processors and card networks and is not responsible for outages outside its infrastructure.

11. Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge risks associated with network delays, third-party downtime, regulatory intervention and FX volatility.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, AI models and content belong exclusively to MXE Labs Limited.

13. Limitation of Liability

MXE shall not be liable for indirect losses, profits, user negligence or third-party service outages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MXE from claims, penalties or losses arising from misuse.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

16. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or Nigerian courts as final authority.
